GroomCard — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Nuzhat Labs (“Nuzhat Labs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with the GroomCard mobile application (the “App”). It applies together with our company-wide Privacy Policy.

1. Our approach to privacy

GroomCard is built to work fully offline. The information you create in the app is stored locally on your device and is used only to provide the app’s features to you. No account is required, and we do not sell your personal information.

2. Information stored on your device

To provide its features, the app stores the following on your device:

  • The pet and owner profiles, trim specs and care notes you create
  • Any grooming photos you capture
  • Your business/branding details and visit history

3. Permissions the app may request

  • Notifications — used only to deliver reminders you set up. They are scheduled on your device.
  • Photos / camera — requested only when you choose to add an image. Images are used to provide the relevant feature and are not shared by us beyond what is described here.

4. Analytics

The current release of GroomCard does not send analytics or crash data to us. If a future version introduces analytics, we will disclose it in the app and, where required, request consent.

5. Children’s privacy

GroomCard is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
