These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nuzhat Labs website at nuzhatlabs.cc (the “Website”) and the mobile applications developed and published by Nuzhat Labs (the “Apps”). By using our Website or Apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. About us

Nuzhat Labs is a mobile application development and publishing studio registered as a business in Pakistan, with its registered address at 311, Block F2, Wapda Town, Lahore Wapda Town, Pakistan.

2. Use of the Website and Apps

You agree to use our Website and Apps only for lawful purposes. In particular, you agree not to:

  • use the Website or Apps in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, networks, or data;
  • interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or integrity of the Website or Apps;

The Website, the Apps, and their content — including text, graphics, the Nuzhat Labs name and logo, designs, and software — are owned by or licensed to Nuzhat Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 4. App availability and status

Our Apps are under active development and are being prepared for release. Availability, features, and release timing may change. Nothing on the Website should be taken as a guarantee that a particular App, feature, or release date will be provided. Where an App is published, its use may be subject to additional terms presented within that App or by the relevant app store.

5. Third-party stores and services

Our Apps are intended to be distributed through third-party platforms such as the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. Your download and use of an App through these platforms is also subject to the terms and policies of the relevant platform, which are outside our control.

6. Disclaimers

The Website and Apps are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not make warranties of any kind regarding the Website or Apps, including that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the Website and Apps at your own discretion and risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nuzhat Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Website or Apps.

Your use of the Website and Apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle information.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Website or Apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
