Inqo Invoice — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Nuzhat Labs (“Nuzhat Labs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with the Inqo Invoice mobile application (the “App”). It applies together with our company-wide Privacy Policy.

1. Our approach to privacy

Inqo Invoice is an account-based app: your data is stored securely in your Inqo Invoice account so it is available across sessions and devices. We collect only what is needed to run the service for you, and we do not sell your personal information.

2. Information we handle

To provide its features, the app handles the following information, stored securely in your account:

  • The quotes, invoices, clients and item records you create
  • Your business profile, logo and app preferences
  • Your account and subscription status

3. Permissions the app may request

  • Notifications — used only to deliver reminders you set up. They are scheduled on your device.
  • Photos / camera — requested only when you choose to add an image. Images are used to provide the relevant feature and are not shared by us beyond what is described here.

4. Your account

Using Inqo Invoice requires an account. We store the details needed to create and secure your account (such as your email address) and to keep you signed in. You can request deletion of your account and its data using the contact details below.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Any in-app purchase or subscription is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, with subscription status managed through RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

6. Third-party services

We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate the app. Each receives only the information needed for its role:

  • RevenueCat (subscription management)
  • Cloudflare R2 (secure file & image storage)
  • Google (optional sign-in)
  • Sentry (crash and error reporting)
  • PostHog (product analytics)

7. Analytics

Inqo Invoice uses analytics to understand general, aggregated usage so we can improve the app. We use this to diagnose problems and prioritise improvements, not to sell your data.

8. Children’s privacy

Inqo Invoice is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
