RigReady — RV Checklists — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Nuzhat Labs (“Nuzhat Labs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with the RigReady — RV Checklists mobile application (the “App”). It applies together with our company-wide Privacy Policy.

1. Our approach to privacy

RigReady — RV Checklists is built offline-first. Your information is stored on your device and the app works without a network connection. An optional cloud feature (below) is off unless you choose to enable it. We do not sell your personal information.

2. Information stored on your device

To provide its features, the app stores the following on your device:

  • Your rigs, checklists, maintenance and service records
  • Any receipt or reference photos you add
  • Your reminders and app preferences

3. Permissions the app may request

  • Notifications — used only to deliver reminders you set up. They are scheduled on your device.
  • Photos / camera — requested only when you choose to add an image. Images are used to provide the relevant feature and are not shared by us beyond what is described here.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

Any in-app purchase or subscription is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

5. Advertising

The app may display limited advertising outside of its core, safety-focused workflows, and never during an active checklist. Where third-party advertising is used, that partner’s own privacy practices apply, and we will disclose this within the app.

6. Optional cloud sync

The app may offer an optional feature to sync data across devices or with family members. It is off by default. If you enable it, only the data required for that feature is stored securely with our sync provider to deliver it to you. You can use the app fully without enabling sync.

7. Analytics

The current release of RigReady — RV Checklists does not send analytics or crash data to us. If a future version introduces analytics, we will disclose it in the app and, where required, request consent.

8. Children’s privacy

RigReady — RV Checklists is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
